To provide ongoing support and ensure operational success, Shell CPR, LLC offers remote assistance services to all aligned instructors. This support is designed to help instructors with administrative tasks, technical troubleshooting, course setup, compliance questions, and system navigation.
Scope of Services Provided:
Remote support is available for the following areas:
- Enrollware Support
- Assistance with class creation and student registration
- Uploading course documentation
- Troubleshooting login or access issues
- AHA Instructor Network Assistance
- Guidance on course setup, roster management, and eCard issuance
- Help with profile updates, alignment requests, and material ordering
- Red Cross Learning Center Support
- Course management and certification tracking
- Support with blended learning course setup
- eCard Troubleshooting
- Help resolving eCard access issues for students or instructors
- Verifying student completion and issuing certification cards
- Compliance and Documentation Guidance
- Ensuring all required paperwork is submitted correctly
- Clarifying documentation requirements for BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Heartsaver courses
- Instructor Onboarding and Training
- Assistance with completing onboarding requirements
- Guidance for new instructors on policy, systems, and teaching procedures

Availability:
Remote support is available:
Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
Saturday: Limited availability by appointment only
Sunday: Closed unless prior arrangements are made
Terms of Use:
- Instructors must be actively aligned with Shell CPR, LLC to access support services.
- Support requests will be addressed in the order they are received unless marked urgent.
- Some issues may require follow-up or escalation to the Training Center Administrator.
